All employees should treat guests, colleagues, managers, and business partners with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
2. WORKPLACE LAYOUT
Work areas should be clean, tidy, and used in a way that does not disrupt the workflow.
3. JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Each employee must complete their assigned tasks on time, carefully, and in accordance with the hotel's quality standards.
4. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS
Insults, threats, physical or verbal altercations, behaviors that disrupt work, and attitudes that damage the institution's reputation are not acceptable.
5. NOTIFICATION OBLIGATION
Any inappropriate behavior or situations affecting operations observed in the workplace should be reported to the relevant manager or Human Resources department.
